Just to pick up on a few of your points Cartman, Marathon Lightweight and Commando is a BEAST. If you hate people using it, try using it yourself and see how it is. Fight fire with fire on this game. People hate noob tubes yet they have access to them aswell so they can't complain.
Also i never ever ever have an anti-air class. I just let it stay out and do its thing, most of the time people will have cold blooded anyway so it won't do much.
And to Wavryn when he said brain-dead teammates, you can't blame that on the game. Every multiplayer game that involves teams will have brain-dead people that you watch and think "ah what the fuck are you doing?!"

All the time, on any multiplayer game. And never use Commando/Marathon/Lightweight. It's one of the most cheapest kills. For a game it might feel decent, but after it gets so easy and boring. Just sprinting, looking around, when you're about 20 metres away from the guy, press the melee button..Wow, that's so entertaining. I'd rather pop people off in any cercumstance with an FAL, something that takes skill and is actually fun, what games are meant to be.

AA12 Shotgun/M1014 Shotgun ends all that nonsense every time.
AA12 with extended mags and scavenger is very nice. Even the M104 with extended mags would be very nice.
That's the third time I've heard someone on here mention the phrase, "poor quality" or some variant of it in relation to this game. I still can't for the world figure out what you're talking about. It's at worst a good game, people get so caught up in how other people play that they forget that the developers can't do anything about that. I think in large part, the sheer number of players speaks to the fact that it's a really good game.
Yep exactly, everyone knows deep down this game is amazing, they just get frustrated when they die. I do, you do everyone does, and when you do die you end up saying stuff like "this games shit" when really it isn't.
the world at War seemed/seems to me more fun than COD4.

Again, World at War was literally Call of Duty 4 with a WWII themed skin. Every major component of that game was cut and paste the same as Call of Duty 4. There is some lag online, but the lag time compared to most other games is quite minimal, although I've heard from a number of friends that the PS3 version at times is unbearable.
That's it...the lag isn't so bad that people are skipping all over the place but it's just enough to fuck up the hit detection. The hit detection is SO inconsistent. I was killed by a guy who was shooting me while my claymore was blowing up at his feet.
It really bothers me when i'm getting shot by a guy and i get around a corner only to die 3 seconds later.
Last i checked teleportation isn't MODERN. Shit, i just typed teleportation in and i get the red line underneath it, it's not even a damn word!:dunno:
I enjoyed the shit outta this game and may get the DLC when it comes to ps3,I'm undecided. However I must say this, for a game that is pretty much 90% multiplayer focused, it is totally rediculous that we should be dealing with a ton of lag. I'm sorry, but there is no excuse for that what so ever.
Games run these days with minimal lag, its not rocket science. Get the servers and support that we deserve for shelling out $60, especially since the campaign is short as dog meat and IMO isnt even that good.

The way I look at it, once the lag is fixed you will find out just how awful the spawn system really is. Totally game breaking.

Im just having a good time taking things slow, look up and, i see 2 helis a harrior, grenades, a uav, a uav jammer, snipers, people off radar, rocket launchers, knifers, run and gunners, more uavs, uav jammers, carepackeges, its so intense, i can only at the most play for around an hour each time because its so fast.

Free for all at the airport is proof of the stupid spawn system.
The spawning algorithm certainly has it's moments, but then again, I can't think of any FPS that hasn't suffered from that problem.
Right you are Shayd. Battlefield Bad Co. 2 puts this game to shame as far as smoothness but the respawn system can be utterly attrocious. Unless of course you just spawn with your squad at all times.
