I thought maybe someone might know the full names of these women are since they were on various TV shows.
First is a girl from the Ukranian TV show 'Naked and Funny.' A couple of models have been identified on there, but I've never seen this brunette girl named, and she may be the hottest, in my opinion.

The second is a blonde named Kim from Fear Factor in the Netherlands. I think most contestants were models, I'm not sure her full name or if there is a better quality rip of the the full episode:
