I hardly think she's a drug addict. I think she's a pot smoker and someone who lives a party lifestyle. what 20 year old with that kind of money wouldn't be? I think some consideration and understanding needs to be used here. When she was Hanna Montana, she gave away tickets to her shows (which were the #1 selling venue in all of music) to kids through a program she started, she personally, her idea 100% the kids had to write an essay on their lives and their vision of their futures along with a copy of their report cards. She donated her time money and gave kids free passes to her shows who couldnt afford tickets. I have a friend here in Tampa who is a concert promoter and he said she was the best person he ever worked with and she paid for over 1000 tickets that she gave away.

It's up to the parents to raise their children properly, not the PM. The PM should rather try to improve schools and the education system (I'm not saying the british education system is bad, I just say it could be improved, even the best system can be improved), instead of telling to kids who they shouldn't take as role-models.
