Nope, it can't be from Club Sin. If you look at the scene breakdowns they have Pat Myne listed with Chloe and the blonde in the pic above is definitely not Chloe. Chloe is a redhead with tiny little titties.

She does kinda look like Sunrise Adams to me too.
