The EU is actually pretty well-armed...
Even the countries like the UK where gun ownership is restricted to those with valid licenses, handed out after background checks, there's still a fuckton of guns. But hey, who gives half a shade of shit about facts.

Posting a youtube video doesn't change the fact that gun ownership is legal in the UK and any legislation restricting--not banning--it has come from Westminster and not Brussels.

Let's hope for the best! I don't see why they would even think of banning any of that when Europe is definitely much more liberal than North America when it comes to sexuality. Germany is huge when it comes to that....
The problem is that in a lot of countries, elections to the European Parliament are played down by the media who think it's not that important; this leads to a lot of "fringe" parties being elected because their supporters are kept in the loop much more than the average voter. Case in point: the extreme right-wing British National Party (a radical splinter of the National Front, which says everything you need to know) made it to the European Parliament without holding a single seat in the House of Commons (the UK's elected seat, the lower house in a two-house legislature). So heavy conservative parties will make up a much greater proportion of the EP without this being an accurate representation of Europe as a whole. And before anyone blames the EU for this, it's not up to them to spend taxpayer's money on something that the political parties standing for election should be handling themselves.

Don't believe what Roald says about banning porn. He posts these threats every time there is a contest. New members sign up, read this, then wants us to send pictures of our junk. He says he wants to preserve them for the future when we can't send them anymore. Don't buy into it.
Thats exactly the thing, its way to vague and will never pass in this form.
