Scott Walker is a joke after revealing the budget.

His so called policy with Act 10 (Wisconsin is open for business) that was suppose to steal jobs from Illinois failed. Decrease tax revenue with companies actually leaving has Wisconsin in a $2 billion hole.

Now cut education at the K-12 and higher education. And talking like a Democrat on borrowing money for road construction (Refuses to take the federal highway funds but Wisconsin's interstates are covered) and borrow more money for a new arena for the Milwaukee Bucks.
