I go with Continental, i couldn't have a salted breakfast !

Continental, especially if I'm doing something physical like hiking or running afterward.

English, I like to start my day off with a huge spike in my cholesterol level.

English, breakfast is fundamental.

I like it English but I rarely eat it that way for health reasons. Besides, unless it's a lazy weekend when I can just chill out I don't want to get bogged down with a big, heavy greasy breakfast. Just not good for you.

Most mornings, I just eat fruit. It converts to quick energy and is great for your digestion.

But I love the eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, grits, hash browns, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

rather have French Toast with a glass of OJ and some fruit.

Also why is eggs, bacon, sausage considered British
so is fruit and ceral American? Cause in almost any american resturant if you order breakfast you will find eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast, hotcakes, french toast.

Can't stand any breakfast foods, I either sleep in till lunch or just microwave some leftover Chinese.

Daily, it's Continaental, but on occasions (Birthday Brunch or on Biz Trips) i love to go full English Breakfast, just stopping short of a pint of beer^^

English please :) I loveeeeeee hashbrowns and sausage!

English breakfast for me, I try to have a fry up once a week which consists of bacon, fried eggs, grilled tomatoes, fried mushrooms, fried bread, sausages, beans, black pudding & a big mug of tea.
There are no hash browns, grits, biscuits 'n' gravy or any american variants in an English Breakfast! :nono:
