i'm surprized by the quality because we use a very inexpensive set-up which includes a $900 video camera and people really like our HD stuff. these big sites must have expensive equipment so their quality sure be the best in porn. here's a screen shot from one of my recent videos. i think it's pretty clear, even though my hand was moving..wank/wank

I am a Brazzers member I like the site but I alos like the other ones too
chica makes a good point about video quality, i shoot with a canon and natural sunlight most of the time, or film in kitchens or bathrooms for good light/audio pickup because im often on a triple digit budget for girls/location/everthing. but the bigger sites can surely do better than all the shaky, poorly lit so-called HD footage i've seen being passed off to consumers.
even if they did shoot it in HD, they degraded and compressed the quality to save bandwidth or whatever and it ends up looking like shit most of the time with bad framerates, etc. just sayin... i have some vids in my members area over 7 gigs, uncompressed. Thats just for one scene, and some people (many actually) appreciate that i offer the original footage as it was meant to be seen.

quality is a broad term when describing porn. there is the technical quality of the video and then there is the quality of the action in the video. for me, the most important thing is that the people are into the sex. they don't have to be making alot of noise, it just has to be real excitement. the next thing is the video quality. i would rather watch a video that has low quality but good action than a super clear HD video with poor action. it's great when you find both!
there shouldn't be any reason for low quality video because the cheapest camera you can buy will make good video if there's enough lighting. even iphones make pretty good videos! a thing that bothers me is when the camera guy is all over the place and can't keep the camera steady. i watched a video not long ago that would have been really hot but the camera was moving the camera so much that it almost made me sick.
