Writing what I can because it’s been years since I’ve seen the scene / model in question, but hopefully I can provide enough information.
There was a boat scene from a few years back, that focused on a long straight haired blonde standing on a boat and iirc, being interviewed to some degree. Her features were the long straight platinum blond hair, a very nice ass, and what stood out for descriptors was a tight teal/blue/green dress.
If memory serves, the weather behind her was overcast, and eventually the guy doing the interview thing went below deck with her and a threesome engaged between those two and a third girl.
