If you are getting beat by Greg Gutfeld it is not because he's good, it is because you suck that bad. Gutfeld is not funny either. Like Jimmy Fallon, Greg Gutfeld is more of a good employee. Maybe Jesse Watters is even less funny and Fox News needed to crown a Court Jester and Gutfeld got the nod.

BTW, why make fun of Conservatives or Liberals when you can double the laughs making fun of Conservatives and Liberals? A good comedian reaches beyond the stars and only harms themself by limiting themself.

Maher once upon a time long ago wasn't that bad. Anymore he seems to have entered a nonsensical get off my lawn yelling at the clouds old man phase. It doesn't help I don't think there is anything he won't morph into some stupid cultural issue or woke politics complaint at this point.

It sounds like his entire reasoning amounts to one big instance of Whataboutism. Just because one person or place isn't the absolute worst in human history on an issue doesn't somehow absolve it of what it does do. The thinking that goes along the lines of "Yeah, but those other people are worse than us." or "Other people do bad stuff too." just isn't a legitimate logical response to anything. That's like the response little kids come up with when their parents ask them why they did something wrong.

It's another reason I don't like Maher anymore. The logical fallacies flow out in greater numbers with him as time goes on.

Bill Maher is a comedian. A comedian's primary job is to make the audience laugh. Is Bill Maher funny or no? Not asking for an opinion on his latest lecture. Focus on the humor. Do he make you laugh?

I can't remember the last time I watched Bill Maher's HBO show. A show billed as comedy that is 30 minutes should have more gags. I can get my news from the news people that I already don't trust. I don't take advice from neurotic addled comics though.

I can’t. Gutfeld tells a joke, scans the panel with his eyes, and they either laugh out of politeness or they were told to laugh at Greg’s jokes by the suits.

Some of the people who are regular panelists are way funnier than him. He gets some decent comics to sit in. Even the skinny gal with the nerd glasses is funnier than Gutfeld.
