Someone once told me that some Israeli lady had the biggest boobs ever -- not sure if they were natural or silicon. Maybe she had the biggest ones that "stuck out" the most from her stomach, even if others had larger breasts per se. I also recall some black ladies from the early 1990's who were pretty big when we watched them in college.
