Real good crazy bad guy in the first but a better story in the second. I slightly, but only slightly lean toward the first one over the second.

I like them all but I’d have to go for Magnum Force. But I do love the scene in The Enforcer. Callahan is with Lt. Dobbs and Mrs. Grey and he comes out with this.

“Hypothetical situation, huh? All right, I'm standing on the street corner, and Mrs. Grey there comes up and propositions me. She says if I come home with her, for $5 she'll put on an exhibition with a Shetland pony...”
