I would like to start this Thread about Babes that went into Plastic Surgery, in order to understand (checking the pictures of our posts) if they did a good choice or not.
In this thread I would like to see posts about all kind of surgery (lips, noses, tits and so on), to understand the impact of these on our idea of a Stunning Babe.
Just to make an example: in my personal opinion Pamela Anderson used to be way better when she posed for Playboy in 1990 than nowadays, even if we all love gigantic boobs.
