I'll need help with finding exampes of this - it doesn't occur all that often and I find it a very erotic and symbolic image.
The essential features are one girl and one guy. He has a naked erection which she is neither sucking nor holding and he's not touching her with it - it's just pointing meaningfully in the presence of the girl.
Preferably she just looks innocent - preferably even dressed. I usually notice when it's in a full-length video from a pay-site and it doesn't happen much in promotional clips.
