Batman Fans?

Burton's always felt like a set to me. I liked the look a lot -- the production was usually pretty damned fantastic -- but they didn't really have that real-world believability to draw you in.

On the other hand, Nolan's didn't have much that made Gotham its own distinctive character. Its drawback is that it felt like any other major metropolitan city.

Moving to a trailer in Fife, AL.
Burton's movie was more cartoony, and, at the time, it was perfect. Times change and Nolan's is more apropos for today's audience.

i agree with afterlights. Nolan's could have been any city in the country. Gotham has ALWAYS been a character in it's own rights. Me personally, i don't like Nolan's at all.
