Batman Arkham Origins

The Batman Arkham games have been the best games I have ever played. So I think this one will be just as good.
Rocksteady Studios isn't helming this one. This one is being made by Warner Bros. Games Montreal. Their entire resumé is this: the WiiU port of Arkham City. They have not developed any original games before. So... hey, maybe it'll be good, but I wouldn't go getting your hopes up and being overly optimistic at this point.
Rocksteady has given WBGM pretty much everything they had and they have been providing pointers on the development of the game mechanics. I'm more worried about the inclusion of multiplayer in a great single player game.
Unless they give them the personnel it's still very, very questionable. Generally whenever a sequel is farmed out the original developers will lend a hand, but the results aren't always what everyone hopes for...
Not saying it will be bad, but I am saying there's cause to be skeptical. :dunno:
IGN article on Batman: Arkham Origins. The Joker is being voiced by Troy Baker (Booker DeWitt in Bioshock Infinite), Mark Hamill did retire the character after all. Batman is being voiced by Roger Craig Smith (Ezio Auditore in Assassin's Creed II, Brotherhood and Revelations).

Yea, rumour has it the usual voice of Batman wont be cast. Instead they want a younger voice to show how much younger Bruce is in this story, I've read even his gadgets arsenal will be smaller as well.
Yes, it's more like a "Year One" tale. Especially since Commissioner Loeb is in the game.
