He interjected himself first. And there are Obama judges or Bush or Trump judges.
A justice or judge is selected based on their judicial philosophy and a president chooses them based upon that.

It’s obvious that Roberts is not as conservative as he lead everyone to believe. If Roberts cannot put aside his differences with Trump and rule according to the constitution, he should step down. I hope Trump nominates 2 more to render Roberts irrelevant.

Trump made a statement about a decision against his policy, he stated fact that there are partisan judges and Roberts didn’t like the court being criticized. Well tough shit. The other two branches are criticized constantly and the judicial branch is not immune from it. It is extremely rare for a justice to offer a criticism unless of course their toes get stepped on. Fuck Roberts!

Which decisions handed down by a conservative majority could be deemed legislation?
Which ones? Conservatives by their very nature adhere to the constitution, precedent and settled law when deciding cases, it is the left that have a history of writing legislation from the bench.

An example of that is Roe v Wade, would love to see it overturned.

So, in the grand scheme of things, Republicans burned down their party to elect Trump so they could pack the courts with, "conservative" judges, all for the net gain of absolutely nothing. Well, I take that back, y'all got to troll, and that's priceless. The Democratic House Comes Marching In, Ha-rah! Ha-rah!

Your comment on Brown v BOE is clownish.

It may be the shortest if not one of the shortest house majorities in history. They’ve already started backing down on impeachment and Ocasio-Cortez and Fudge are on the take.
Trump gets to negotiate the wall and Dems will try and shut down the government. If Republicans had held both chambers and the White House I would have been nervous.
As a few pundits pointed out this week, Trump now gets to go to war with the opposition party instead of his own.

I’m liking the prospects.
