BANNING members, everyone read!!

Guys a number of members have been banned today as they are suspected of having previously been banned and coming back under new aliases, as im sure many of you will agree this is pretty sad but it does happen, it would appear that some people have so much time on there hands they want to spend it creating many new names and people and even create whole threads where they discuss things between themselves using the aliases they have created, sad but true.

The reason for this post is to ask for your help in stopping this. If you suspect a banned member has come back under a new username plese PM myself so this can be looked into, also if you feel someone has been incorrectly banned please PM me so i can look into this as well.

Thanks for your help regarding this, the aim is to make the board a better place.

The only member who seems to turn up regularly is LR, even then it's pretty obvious who it is.
Can't say that I've noticed any other 'familiar' posters.

When someone gets banned and lets say there are 9500 members,does it go back down to 9499 so we still get an accurate account of how many members there are?

What a wonderful idea, ban big contributing members on a suspicion. I browsed this board for some time and only at the amazing stupidity on here today have I decided to sign up. I am totally positive posting this opinion will get me banned also, but I lived without the board so far I am sure I can manage again. I have sent a PM to the admin here and the actual webmaster about the disgraceful actions being carried out. I think maybe you should think carefully about what you are doing in future. If absolutley nothing else you are totally destroying the faith of the community in your abilities. I think those responsible should step down and have slightly more professional people take over their roles.

Who said the members i have banned are long standing or big posting? The above member is one of the sad individuals who cannot take being banned from this board. I am not banning people on a hunch, were not stupid and although we may not have banned all of your usernames we will, so again, why not get a life and accept you have been banned.

Just FYI and for future reference... in the message board world what your talking about is called "Trolling" (doing unproductive things and causing problems) and "Sock Pupetting" (creating new names or having multiple names).

Nobody will ever get banned at Freeones as long as you give your opinion in a normal way. No violence, no discrimination or things like that.

Well, Memorex, back on February 17th at around 11:00 p.m. or so, it seems you used an extremely offensive racially divisive word (the 'N' word) and some legitimate complaints were made about you:

It's apparently just a 10-day ban... consider yourself extremely fortunate that you weren't banned outright for that kind of language.

As Qball has said it was a 10 day ban. You have 4 days remaining of your ban. I have now banned your new account. If you sign up again your IP will be banned and it will be a permanant ban. Accept your ban and refrain from racist insults in future.
