I have Windows Vista Home Basic- and I cannot seem to get the volume settings to work properly when recording a Youtube clip. The clip is inaudible. The level goes up to 2 tops. Can someone advise on what to do? I think I need to go into Control Panel/Hardware and Sound/Sound - but after that, I'm not sure of where to go..
