I'm don't think the police should have the power to deem content appropriate or not, but dude should have turned it down with the windows open. I have a 3500 watt stereo system in my vehicle, ten speakers and two subwoofers.... but I know when to turn it down, like at the grocery store and in residential neighborhoods. I'm just sayin'...
