Are there any vegan pornstars?

Can they swallow?

And can they enjoy a good pork stuffing....?

*cough*

You know, I've always wondered the ruling on that...

If somebody claims that they are vegan, but swallows cum, are they a liar? Hypocrite? Or just ironic beyond all belief?

:dunno:

possibly ironic, but there's no moral ambiguity here. I can't speak for everyone, but for most vegans the idea is not about diet, but about consent. An animal put to use by humans has no say or no choice in the matter, and that is why they think that it is wrong.

Also the conditions that the animals are treated in most large scale farms are cruel and hurtful which is why a lot of vegetarians that aren't opposed to consuming diary products will still not accept products obtained in this way.

some people who are opposed to drinking cow's milk also cite as their motivation natural biology. Mammals produce milk for diet enrichment of their babies. From that perspective, why would adult humans drink it? if they were supposed to drink it, they would keep producing it throughout their whole lives, and furthermore shouldn't they be drinking human milk instead of milk from an animal with horns and four legs that is not geared toward human diet and digestion? when you think about it, that really doesn't make any sense.

It really doesn't have anything to do with human sexual practices. Only whacko Christians think that sperm have feelings.

There's also the hierarchy of life-from value. it's better to kill a cow than a human. better to kill a carrot than a cow. and better to kill a single-cell sperm than a carrot.

I've heard that :bs: from a few vegans myself. So, I ask them...

"Plants can't give consent, yet you still eat them. What's the difference?"

One of two responses is always given...

1) Plants can't feel pain or have thoughts, so it's ok to eat them.
2) You just don't get it!

that's where that hierarchy of lifeforms (from order of most sophisticated in structural development) comes into play. Yes, it's a bit bullshit and moralizing. But I think it's a fairly level stance.

Plant's have an "awareness" as do all cellular structures, but they don't have a sense of individuality. Some people who only eat raw foods kind of have a point because they don't alter the chemical composition of the foods they eat, so they see this as being non-destructive to the organization of the thing. but I think that they kind of miss the larger picture.

When you get down to it to kill or eat anything is just a level of cellular re/deconstruction, which is the "natural" process. I'd rather base it on perception on the individual level.

Which is funny, because if you kill an animal and eat it's raw flesh, you're not altering anything about it's chemical composition either. So, vegans...why? Whyyyyy? :dunno:

And I also find their argument of "hierarchy" to be hilarious. They think they're better than plants, but not above other animals, which means that they consider themselves and other animals to be equals. Yet, other animals...eat...other...animals...:dunno:

well yes, that is where human value systems come in. I'm sure that you, Chef, consider murder to be wrong, but from a purely objective viewpoint, there is no difference between killing a person and kicking a rock.

Yes, animals eat each other in the wild and it is not a nice and kind place. That is a result of natural selection. Our relationships with them (aka. killing and eating them, or making things out of their bodies) are just because we feel like it, because we choose to. Other animals lack the intellectual capacity to create moral value systems or utilize resources outside of their immediate availability. Because it is our choice to use animals, it is also our choice not to.

I don't really care what you do or what you eat, I'm just telling you the way that I see things.

If you are considering to avoid dairy, then you are not a vegan yet. You will be when you stop eating dairy.

according to my parents I'm a picky eater. that is anyone who has any food preferences and doesn't eat everything that is put in front of them on a plate. If this circumstance should happen to find you, you will be told about the starving children that wish they could eat what you are having.

so whenever I hear about people that want to classify themselves into some kind if group over diet (everyone wants to be in a group these days, you notice that?) I tell them no you aren't a (so and so) you're just a picky eater.

Oh God, I hate when parents use the "starving children" line when you don't finish your dinner. If they were so concerned about the starving children, then maybe they should send them all the crap that I don't like to eat. Like, spaghetti, dry ricotta, beets, olives, etc.
