If your partner is someone who likes to wear high heels regularly, heres something that you could do. Every now and then try (I mean ask her if you wish to see if its ok) to rub one (cuming) in her high heel shoes right in the bottom (in both shoes if you can) and then ask her to wear those high heel shoes for the rest of the day and then ask her to take it off at the end of the day. Trust me however it sounds it is quite a turn on. My g/f and I have done this a few times.
