People often take photo's found online and use them to make fake profiles or a least lie about their appearance. Her pictures are posted in several sites I've found many facebook, myspace and even personal ads site with her picture. There's another profile of someone called Victoria Desconocida on another modelling site using her picture.

The two Youtube videos you're referring to aren't of this woman but an old Manawan couple getting married.
