Pixlr.com is really good. You can crop or edit any image easily. It's the best imo. Hope this helps.
Well, I haven't used these at all before this point, but:

That seems like it works really simply for cropping and has a clean reputation based on this:

But why would you need to have a web-based application to do something like this? You don't have admin rights to install software on the computer where you're doing this on or is it a mobile device?
