In fact, maybe I'm just desensitized, but I don't find totally naked women to be as sexy. I dunno, but when it comes to a girl wearing skin-tight clothes, it seems almost like a tease -- I love it.

Depends on the clothes really - I personally hate jeans - but I agree that clothes which hint at what`s underneath are very sexy. Eg figure-hugging tops, a skirt which emphasises the curves of the bottom, a blouse with a hint of cleavage, etc, can be just as sexy as the wearer stark naked.
