Any thoughts on WWE Evolution?

For what was advertised, I enjoyed it. I skipped the "main event" because it didn't interest me one bit, but the rest of card had some highlights.

Char/Becks in the LWS was awesome. I think people knew it was going to be good going in, but I think it exceeded those high expectations, despite the ref being inconsistent on what counted as "standing".

Io/Storm was great. A suplex on the apron... ouch. I think it was clear who was going to win as you couldn't book a Japanese to win it 2 years in a row, but the match was still great, esp with wrestlers with a potentially long career ahead of them.

Battle Royale... could have been better IMO. They didn't have the bellas/Mrs Undertaker playing on god mode so that was good though.

I get real tired when you see the constant lazy booking of switching wrestlers from heel to face and vice versa.It doesn’t mean anything when they do it on a regular basis.The audience doesn’t care when they keep doing it.
The women’s division could use a Sherri Martel like heel.I think Charlotte is the closest to it.They should just leave her as a heel.

Clearly they wanted to shoehorn Nikki & Rousey into the main event, and I guess they didn't want to turn Rousey heel quite yet (or they don't know if she can handle a heel role yet). It would be nice if vince got over his hard-on for the bellas and realized shoving them down fan's throats isn't doing the women's division any favors (although the bellas seem to have a talent for shoving things down their own throats).
