1. Unlike a tattoo which is a permanent thing, piercings are different. With the right sources, -- i.e., data18, the iafd, babesource, indexxx, thenude -- you could determine when a pornstar got a tattoo.

2. Just like a nasal septum piercing, or a nose ring; a girl piercing her nipples is not a permanent thing.
