Any plastic surgeons in here....

so my wife wants some new boobies. she has some decent bcups but of course after two kids, she wants new ones. we have been doing some research online before going to a surgeon, and she cant decide on silicone or saline. apparently silicone is better now.?

I am not a plastic surgeon but know plenty about the subject.. Silicone is the more real looking implant but it also comes with more dangers because silicone can actually develop a leak that can be toxic to the body and you wont even know that they are leaking unless the person with the implants gets mammograms frequently. Saline are the more fake looking implant but come with really no risks because a saline implant can completely deflate and has no toxins in it that will hurt the body. So its really up to you and your wife to sit down and put some serious thought into what you both want because it is a huge decision. Whatever you choose best of luck to the both of you

Saline is safer, and I would imagine that it must feel more natural, but I'm just talking out of my ass there.

If you are thinking seriously about this, why not ask a surgeon? I'd take the advice of a single qualified surgeon over a thousand responses on the Freeones board (no offense to our members, of course).

^Exactly!

But I am curious. She's a B cup who has had kids. So are they saggy now, or does she just want bigger ones? How big does she want to go? To each his own, but so many A and B cup gils go too big and end up having those half coconuts on their chests with a valley/cleavage that's about 8 inches wide. I guess some people are into that (odd) look these days.

For some reason, I've seen European and South American girls who have gone up two cup sizes and they still look pretty natural... they make you wonder anyway. But for some reason, with a lot of American and Canadian girls, you can tell at a quick glance that they've had boob jobs.

Like I said... just curious.

thanks for all the input, like i said before, we just want some basic info BEFORE we go to a surgeon. just the basic differences. as far as them leaking, wouldnt you need to be in some kind of accident or fall for one of them to rip apart? i read on a website that silicone is harder to notice when ruptured but at the same time nothing would leak out, saline on the other hand would leak just like a balloon. ive touched both and saline really didnt do it for me, feels just like touching a water balloon and u can easily see the wrinkles from where they are. silicone on the other hand is a lot harder.
thats why she just wants to go to a full C, skin wont be too stretched and wont look TOO fake.

Saline is safer if the implant leaks or breaks. I have seen friends with the teardrop implants and those look more real. You can also go through the belly button so there is no visible scars.
Please ! Dont use saline or implants, you are already perfect ! :D

No. But I consider myself an adequate amateur gynecologist.
