Hey guys, Im lookin for some help. This problem has just started happened like a day ago. Whenever I try to open a movie file my computer will just freeze. I can still move my mouse around but I cant click on anything. Also when I attempt to open the file I dont even have a chance to double click on it. I will click on it once or maybe even just put my mouse over the icon for the file and it will freeze... I checked my problem history and the only recent problem was service hang reports from CLCapSvc. I checked it out and it is a legit service and would only happen on start-up. I ended up stopping the service to see if it worked but it didnt. I did a system restore to the beginning of this year when I didnt have the problem but it didnt work. I really have no idea what it could be. So if you guys have any ideas or questions please tell me!!

hmmm I cant think of anything off the top of my head but I am sure someone on here will have an idea
