4 Arrested After Man's Beating at Dodger Stadium

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A ***** fender bender in a Dodger Stadium parking lot over the weekend led to the beating of a driver and the arrest of four people more than a year after a San Francisco Giants fan was left with brain damage after an ****** on opening day, police said Monday.
The latest ****** occurred Sunday, when the victim, a man in his 20s, had a collision with another driver and three other men pinned him down, police said.
The other driver kicked and hit the victim in the head and face while he was on the ground, police Sgt. David Armas said.
"It was just a ***** fender bender that just got totally out of hand," he said.
The victim, whose name was not released, had scrapes and cuts to his face, but his injuries were not life-threatening, Armas said. A woman in the victim's car who is eight months pregnant was not hurt, but she was examined at a hospital as a precaution, he said.
The four men, all in their 20s, were arrested for investigation of assault with a deadly weapon...

Legal punishment is, unfortunately, not a deterrent to these people. They look for any reason to find claim to the thought that they've been disrespected so they can show everyone how macho and cavemanesque they can be.

Its a bit scary actually. I've seen it firsthand at Padre games. Imagine being somewhat tentative and a bit fearful of cheering too hard for your team because you might get your head kicked in after the game in the parking lot, in your own stadium.

I haven't gone near that cesspool in years. Bryan Stow essentially had his life taken away from him, so the same or worse should be handed to the assailants. No more of this slap on the wrist bull ****! Lay down some harsh penalties so people start thinking, "oh wait, if I do that I'm really fucked over ten time worse..."
