I'm intrigued to know what is exactly meant when Americans use the following expressions?
1), "Awesome". As I understand it the word 'Awe' has religious connections.
2), "It sucks". Is it anything to do with the act of sucking?
3), "Way to go". Don't understand this one at all
Also, why is it deemed necessary to start every sentence with the word "Like" and/or "Man"?
