Nope. When you pay you should expect top quality. Most reputable sites (like mine) will give you samples to show you the video quality you can expect. Always check a couple of legitimate review sites before purchasing (http://www.freeones.com/search/?t=3&q=TeasersVOD&sq=). Most of the sites out there are scams, but the good ones can be great, so be a smart consumer and you should be able to avoid this in future.
