Through gratuitous (and I mean gratuitous...) searching I've managed to identify practically everybody else in the set. One of the guys is Marco Banderas, and the girls include Leslie Foxx aka Topanga Fox, Alyson Westley, Danica Dillan (or Dillon), and Shay Hendrix.

The episode may be called "swing party at the disco" or "college girls going wild," among other names.
