She is, because that's the only way stars can keep making money in this industry. The girls that flip from studio to studio are often out of work pretty fast if the fans don't go crazy over them. The girls are paid one time, per scene and then the studio makes all the money. Not exactly awesome for the model. So the smart play for models is to branch out, do their own thing as well.

A good example.. my wife Bryci. She makes far more money doing her own thing, being her own boss than she would if she worked for other studios. She has more fun, she is her own boss, she can stay home and shoot.

I understand it's not for all, but the market is there, thus why girls do it. Sorry it's not your thing man!

this isn't accurate, please stop posting hate and spreading false accusations.

Alexis had a disagreement with Aa and it was settled. Alexis even said she supported AA's choice. Alexis never told AA to hurt herself, others did. It sucks when people form an opinion without knowing all the info, and that opinion ends up being wrong. AA had a long standing and very unfortunate history of abuse and depression.

I am sure bullying upset her but if you go back and read the tweets, Alexis didn't bully her. She disagreed with the way August was talking about someone she thought was a crossover actor. What's ironic is that the guy, Brandon Ashton, isn't a crossover and wasn't gay and had never filmed gay anything. He was a solo actor that had some solo scenes on gay sites but that doesn't make you gay. What's also strange, to me anyway, August herself had previously filmed with crossover stars Ryan Driller, Chris Strokes, Michael Vegas with no issues. Multiple scenes no less. So I am not sure why she had issue that one day, and it's unfortunate she decided to use a social platform to voice her concerns. If she'd called her agent, like performers generally do, minus the drama, twitter drama wouldn't have even started. She blamed her agency for not telling her something, but the guy wasn't a crossover... so... they did their job and set up a scene. I think someone misinformed August and that sucks.

Hopefully this brings light to those needing help that are depressed, that we all listen more. Having a disagreement with someone, is not cyber bullying and it doesn't make you an SJW. Sadly, there will be those that think other wise. We all have an opinion.

August was an amazing woman, and she will be missed.

Sorry to go off-topic here but....

First of all, you're married to Bryci? All I can say (respectfully) is....YOU LUCKY BASTARD! :D

Secondly, I totally get models wanting to be their own boss. I've been a freelancer in my industry for roughly half my career.
Granted, in my case it hasn't always been easy - most notably, paying for my own health care royally sucks.
But the perks of being your own boss and setting your OWN schedule far outweigh being a corporate slave, imho.
