Mane offender: Alabama man arrested for sexually ******* miniature *****
Bailed: Eric Steven Easley
An Alabama man has been arrested for sexually ******* a miniature ***** after police found his wallet in the stable.
However, he could not be charged with ********** because there is no local law against it.
Eric Steven Easley, 27, was instead charged with ******* or disabling livestock.
The charge was the only relevant felony available to police.
Easley was arrested at the weekend after authorities discovered a trail of evidence suggesting the crime and pointing to him as the perpetrator.
Police spokesman Lori Myles said officers were first called on Saturday afternoon to a house which serves as a breeding facility for miniature horses, because the owner said one of the ******* was acting strangely.
Myles said the owner and deputies found hair tied to a post, indicating someone had tried to tie the female's tail to the post.
According to Myles, police and a vet discovered ***** and other evidence that indicated the ***** had been sexually ******.
They also found a wallet containing Easley's driver’s license and Social Security card.
Easley, from Wilmer in Alabama, was questioned on Sunday and charged on Tuesday, before being released on $4,000 bail about two hours later.
The home address he gave to police was two miles north of the facility.
