How about civil unions that will allow couples such as this to get the same financial benefits, and be allowed to pass property between each other upon death, and the like? Call it civil unions, and let people decide if they want to get a marriage in a church, but don't deny them their rights.

You have never explained how income taxes are illegal. You keep saying it, but you're simply wrong. Taxation of citizens is entirely legal.
Additionally, married couples, or civil union couples, (whatever you want to call them) filing separately is ridiculous. There are a lot of benefits to filing jointly. You'll learn that one day, if you ever find a woman who will tolerate your antiquated views on women, or if you ever embrace the fact that you're gay, and get a civil partner.

Yeah, you keep saying that, yet you have NEVER shown us how taxation of citizens is anything but legal. Show me proof. Evidence from something that isn't a wack-job, off the wall site like moonbattery. Show me several reputable sources that support your hypothesis that income tax is illegal.
