I call b***sh** the architect had to have known and the other two similar sections behind it weren't laid out like that. They may have not have meant it to have any real message, but then again who knows? It was the 60's and messages ruled the world then. Making statements were the lifeblood of that generation. *shrugs*
I don't think the plans should have ever been approved to start with. The models of the plan should have been clear enough, they had to have seen it. Now here's something else tax payers have to foot the bill for to fix, that never should have been to start with.
I say at this late date, throw a camouflage net over it and wipe the egg off your faces if you can. Spend the $600,000 on something worthy of the monies. :dunno:
