A-Rod to be banned for the remainder of the season and all of 2014 *Breaking*

He'll be forty years old after 2014. Stick a fork in him.... he's done.

I agree ZeeBlofowl_1969. But what does MLB really have on him? I believe they already have him on obstruction in interfering in their investigation.

Now, if they have other information where he did conspire and tell those other Yankee and ex-Yankees, Francisco Cervelli, Jesus Montero, Melky Cabrera, and Bartolo Colon ... If the call went like this, "Hey guys, I got a place where you can go to bulk up, and no one will know" .... then I think he deserves to be banned for life.

Alex Rodriguez's cousin, Yuri Sucart, already mentioned in the Biogenesis papers, has already been previously banned, for doing just that, from all MLB locker rooms and clubhouses.

Dr. Anthony Galea, already jailed is that jailed doctor in Toronto who also helped Alex. Another mark on Mr. Rodriguez' credibility.

So we'll see what happens.

If hes penalized under the PED rules its a first offense and thus only punishable for 50 games. The obstruction stuff is questionable as this is baseballs investigation not The Department of Justice and I believe Bud doesn't want a full fledged brawl with the players union over Mr Rod.

No news but lots of talk helping Rod's collusion case. Purely speculative and conspicuous laden yet interesting. With George gone the team is now run by a collective. These bean counters got their new stadium and can sit back. This A-Rod thing plays right into their hands. Did you ever think that George gave a shit about salary caps? He didn't and housed 11 flags and 7 rings. He knew that 40% tax would pay off in dividends. Funny how a guy in the shipping business knew more about media than CBS.

Any news?

I heard on the news today, that Alex Rodriguez and his attorneys are planning on suing Major League Baseball, Commissioner Bud Selig, and the Yankee team doctors (over his hip surgery.) Let the fireworks start. It should be interesting.

Nothing about the arbitration ruling.

His lawyers wanted to hold a press conference to talk about some new witness from them. The arbitrator told them basically to shut the fuck up.

Sounds like he actually has a chance to beat the 211 game suspension.

It's just smoke and mirrors by Alex Rodriguez's defense team led by Joseph Tacopina ... MLB will have this lawsuit brought into the Southern District Federal Court in Manhattan ... and it will be dismissed.

Tacopina has a convicted felon as his main witness saying that MLB allegedly bribed Bosch with a $5 million payment. Thus this gets dismissed because it's heresay evidence.

The arbitrator will give him 81 games.

The rules of evidence are not as stringent in arbitration as they are in a court room. A witness can walk into that room with Black tar heroin pumping through their veins and cracking yo momma jokes and they will allow it.

The arbitration case starts up again after the World Series. In two days. Let's see what arbitrator Fredric Horowitz will have to say. He's already blocked them (the Rodriguez legal team) from conducting a press conference. It will be interesting to say the least.

I see what is going on here. The charge is that Bud knew of other violatons of the same nature and didn't pull the trigger to suspend for 211 games. I could see that as being true. Bud got to shift his shitty Brewers to the better drawing NL ball parks then send Houston to the AL. Bud Selig is a scumbag.

Nice drama today. Bud doesn't have to testify at the hearings and Alex storms out of the room. He won't be getting much support from the union since the drug policy is a part of the collective bargaining agreement.
