Some of you may know them as mods but I prefer to call them mauds.
Look.. I know this can be a tiresome job at times but some of you need to lighten up a little.
Here are a few pointers from your pal BC:
Try assuming your maud duties in the raw once in a while. It will give you a little humility and make you realize that we are all human and make mistakes from time to time. Plus looking at your naked body might make you laugh a little more. God knows you fuckers need to have a little more of a sense of humor about you.
***** more on the job. You'll find that being *********** while policing the board will make you less likely to drop that ban hammer. Things that seem inappropriate whilst sober may not seem so bad when you are lit up like a Christmas tree.
Designate a committee of posters that will have access to the banning button.
We may just be little people around here, but I think there are a few astute posters around here that can make decisions about what is or is not appropriate without the full title of maud. Mainly they could utilize their discretion with editing. That would be loads of fun.
I for one, appreciate the job you guys do around here as I am sure it is a thankless job.
I just thought a little input from those that you oversee would be helpful and I am sure you appreciate it.
