I saw an interview with him, years ago, and he stated, he never turns down work. When he was growing up, his father told him never to turn down a gig, because you never know when the next one might come along....and apparently he doesn't. Funny thing is, he has been in some cheesy crap, but his appearance in whatever movie or show it is, because so much better because he chose to do it.

Charlie Schlatter was very good in Diagnosis Murder with Dick Van Dyke. I always liked him in that.

My question: why is Leslie Nielson in this as the mutilated corpse? Second picture in post #1.
