iPods have been advancing pretty steadily. Still...I'm not sure how impressed I am with their quality. I don't have one (or an MP3 player at all, for that matter), but all of my friends and their dogs have one (or three). They just don't seem to last on the whole - a year, maybe a half more.

Other MP3 players that I've seen usually have much less going for them - certainly nothing as fancy as this - but they do seem to last quite a bit longer. I guess it's just what you what it for.

You can already do it on the current video iPods. I've tried it once to see if it would work. It does.

Those new iPods look great. I won't be getting it though. I've got my video iPod, and that is where it ends [until my iPod breaks]

Bad idea IMO. The touch screen will get less sensitive over time so you'll eventually have to start pressing against the screen really hard.

I don't want to burst anyones bubble but those pictures are fake. I've seen them a while back and I have made some research on it. But it is an idea from apple to make them like that. The pictures are from Apple by one of they're designers who wanted to make the next generation of iPods like that allong with allot other ideas/prototypes including an iPod with even MORE memory. The video is fake made by someone who had some time to waste.

Anyways, I wouldn't get it because I like the size of my Nano. So unless they make it the size of the Nano I'm not really interrested.
