I guess I shouldn't be surprised by this. It seems to mirror American treatment of juveniles in domestic criminal matters, with 13 and 14-year-olds being tried as adults. Except over there I'm sure it's worse, with no right to see a lawyer, possibly being ********, held for a year or more without any sort of trial. Guilty until proven innocent. Heckuva job, Dubya! Great example to set for the fledgling democracy. But I guess we're all in a race to the bottom now...
