I just am in the process of having to get the customer service of the site (Famesupport) to cancel their false new one-year-membership, which they let their Webbilling partner hand over to me. On the very day my membership was to expire, as they wrote me in the cancellation mail.

I contacted first webbilling, then 21sextury, and their reaction to me tellinbg them I had already cancelled to that date:

Cancel it to that date NEXT year, with a new cancellation note.

Gladly, I had the mail in my hands, with the cancellation confirmation number from december 12th, 2017.

I haven't gotten their mail with them accepting their errors and taking back the new membership, just wanted to give people a heads-up about the necessity to always keep every mail communication, so you can get what is right. It's not compkete foul play at this point, but it is bad practice.

Famesupport came through and I received an answer with their statement admitting their fault and now all I have to check if they make the refund as they stated.

So, the website is grade a, regarding content, models, and the presentation and navigation. It's just that you have to be careful reading the fineprint regarding contrract issues.
