What are your top 5 news events?
I'm going to skip the obvious war itself, since that's sort of a given.
5. Top Gun Maverick: Been waiting for this movie for years. Not often a blockbuster lives up to the hype
4. Snake Island: "Russian warship Go Fuck Yourself". The sinking of Moskva and subsequent retaking of the island
3. Assassination of Shinzo Abe: Showing how gun & political violence isn't restricted to the US and third world countries
2. Iranian Protests: Pretty damn awesome seeing the people revolt in a country like that. And it's still ongoing
1. "Freedom Convoy": showing that not only anti-vaxxer idiots exist in Canada, but they're willing to protest outdoors, in Ottawa, in Fucking February
