They're actually a good team, but you're right, they don't deserve to be ranked. They play UF this weekend, and I'm certainly not overlooking them. Lucky we got 'em at home. They win that one, they should be ranked.

can i get some claps here please...TY TY very much<<(with my best elvis voice)

Those were some real good picks, smoknn.

I was having a good weekend with the book too until The Saints lost to the frigging Cardinals :wtf:

and now you tell me to do this.....

this is my first money in the bank pick this year..for a happy face..take new orleans -5 against tampa bay bet the farm

I think you're right about this but I may be too traumatized by the Phoenix loss  to pull the trigger.

Third best? Behind OSU and Illinois then? :D

Err, no. Not exactly. :D

Something a little crazy, kid from Virginia Tech had part of his finger severed during the game on Saturday and basically played through it before having to get it reattached

wow. well I give the kid credit for having guts, but I dont' think that was the wisest course of action by him or his coaching staff, especially since the game was a blowout.

Oh,I know they are a good team, but with wins over Memphis,Georgia,Alcorn State, and Houston not just yet.:dunno: I'm just saying I've been following them and they agr getting the right pieces together.Go to beat some ranked them.Loses to LSU and Auburn.

And that's a Houston team without their starting and 2nd string qb.

Damn good point:glugglug:By the way what is the deal on the Michigan-Iowa game this one seems to be like the Michigan-Michigan State game.Iowa great defense vs Robinson.I mean I see another loss for Michigan. When they play a good defense they seem to fold.

I wanted to steer clear of predicting on the MSU game because it was such an unknowable game.

After the MSU game I can see a few things more clear now. Don't be surprised if we upset Iowa big time.

Keep in mind, we moved the ball pretty successfully on MSU but turned the ball over in the red zone and missed quite a few plays on our own that were there.

I think we read too much press going into the MSU game and the offense tried to play like they thought they needed to instead of playing what was there and letting the game come them.

I believe it caused them to press and make self inflicted mistakes. I would be surprised if that happened against Iowa.

That's a logical analysis, and I'll be rooting for you Mega, but I still think Iowa wins this game. They're favored by 3 1/2, I think they'll win by at least 7.

Thanks, not that there should be a correlation but last season we had the ball with a little over a minute left down by 2 at Kinnick but threw an interception.:2 cents:

Early predictions this week. Let's see what you've got to say. The most accurate gets 3 free handjobs from Feller469. He knows the details.

(12) Arkansas vs. (7) Auburn (I think Ark. easily wins this)
(1) Ohio St. vs. (18) Wisconsin (I think Ohio Shit struggles in this one)

Oh, shit. Those are the only games between two ranked teams this week.

I am so hoping for about a dozen upsets. Some I'd like to see (but don't expect):

Boston College vs. (16) Florida St.
Michigan vs. (15) Iowa
Texas vs. (5) Nebraska
McNeese St. vs. (9) LSU (honest to Buddha, Allah, and Jesus, McNeese St.?)

I'm not ready to make a call on Arky v Aubbie. I could see this one going down to the wire. Aubbie hasn't exactly steamrolled people lately.

If McNeese St. beats LSU I will give a handy to smoknn :yesyes::nono::surprise::D:eeew:

Well it is going to take more than those three to help:dunno:
