Even if Boise State were too jump up to number 1 or 2, once other teams start racking up wins while Boise is putting up 75 on Idaho those teams will leapfrog Boise. People complain about preseason polls, but the voters aren't completely stupid enough to overlook certain performances, and allow there to be some moving around. Just look at this week, with Florida taking a drop despite winning by 22. But this all doesn't matter, cuz the Beavers are gonna win in Boise.

I just hope the Gators get their shit together before they have to go into Alabama on the 2nd. Last week was an embarrassment. 
Plus USF, Tennessee and Kentucky aren't exactly crappy 1-11 MAC schools like Miami OH is. Florida plays the way they did Saturday against any of those other schools and they might not be as lucky.

florida dropped because they played like shit...against a cupcake...if they play all year like they did saturday..they will drop out of the top 10..big plays is the only reason they won...but i agree..oregon could slip in there and tan some asses...ask usc

I can't really go with your Quak Attak versus Tenn or Bama versus Penn State because I think these games are going to be lopsided wins for Oregon and Bama. But there is some meat in the SEC this week that's worth lookin' at closer.
Georgia versus South Carolina has slobberknocker special sauce written all over it. It's a coin flipper in my book this season even though the Dawgs have treated South Carolina like Tiger Woods at the Bunny Ranch 7 out of the previous 8 years.

I really, really, really want to take South Florida over the Florida Softies in the Swamp...I don't think the gators will have their offense figured out in a week. South Florida is supposedly a defensive team, but my low opinion of the Big East thus far keeps me away from this game as my Upset Shocker Pick of the Week.
