A Pittsburgh pharmacist has given his wife's in-laws a Christmas gift that keeps on giving: a Pennsylvania Lottery ticket worth $1 million.
The pharmacist, Fred DePasquale, isn't identifying his wife's relatives, but said he gave them a $20 ticket for the special lottery drawing. The million-dollar drawing featured only 625,000 tickets, including five million-dollar winners.
