The best one of these I can think of is in a Japanese movie from 1973 called Sex and Fury. A bunch of bad guys attack the main character while she is in the bathtub, and she jumps out and fights them off (no time to get dressed first!). I think there are other bits along these lines in the movie...

The well-endowed lady is called Raya Miller (or at least that was the name she used during her very brief tenure on the show). claydavis has already identified Eila Adams, and the one in the sixth pic is called Peyton Priestly (a.k.a. Ashley Perry).
