Hello, When I try to use (windows/print screen) from a video and post it, I am getting this error "Oops! We ran into some problems." This process worked for me all the time in the past but lately I get this error? Please help.. Thanks!

I tried that Hence "it is giving me an error every time I try to post a pic" this was meant to mean my screen shots are giving me an error, so I put the twitter link because I saw it on twitter, if I don't know who she is I don't know where else to get a still photo from. I had know issues...
