There were some new gameplay videos of the game on Youtube, but they were taken down by the developers... I saw quite a few of them, and the graphics look amazing and the story is fairly deep, as long as you take the time to check things. The lip-syncing bugs me though. Has anyone else seen...

I kind of like the new modern design, but the font color wants to blend into the background. I also miss the writers page, as well as the trivia at the end. Other than that, I'd say they did a pretty good job!

I've been playing the game for a while, and it beat my expectations (they were average), firefight mode is also a nice addition! Here's a recent trailer made a month or so ago for the game, it's live action also "We are ODST"

I heard that there are freezing problems for fallout 3 too, same thing happens sometimes with oblivion (they use the same engine), and sometimes 360's freeze because they get too hot. It might not be the funnest option but you could try taking a break from it once in a while to keep it cooler...
